Food was hot and fresh, and staff on top of everything when we ate there....someone had spilt a drink, which was cleaned up straight away by staff.

There was a really nice boy called Ben.That was in a red shirt.I think he should be in a blue shirt And he kindly opened the door for a gentleman That had his hands full with drinks.This guy here should be respected and get put into a manager asap

I can't give 5 star because I firmly believe 5 stars are reserved for actual Gordan Ramsey type restaurants. However for a fast food Maccas, this was absolutely great. Food was excellent, I ordered at my table 107 and they delivered it straight to me. Food was fresh, staff was friendly. Bit annoying with constant fast food alarms in background but that's per normal.

They Stuffed my order Up While I was Taking my partner no work...I thought how about getting a nice breakfast from Macca's only the woman in the drive-thru couldn't understand what we were asking in our order only to have to repeat ourselves 10 times then to the disappointment we $100 note and sadly got ripped off. I understand that under pressure and busy but not good enough when you're hungry it only makes one angry.... My partner has a tummy that needs to be filled up... He's now left to be hungry

Bought the breakfast griddle burger and I loved it. I ordered a hot chocolate, it was delicious. I’ve had HC from many McDonald’s, and this one was amazing. Good job to the barista. You could actually taste the chocolate. Owning my own coffee business, I understand quality.

Dorothy and her crew make this the best Macca's in Townsville! Drove thru staff are always super friendly and orders always come through perfect, I've had issues with wrong orders at others maccas but never the city one!!
